The Barn Card is an extremely popular option in stall barns and for animals that are shown at fairs. The Barn Card is typically printed on 8½ by 11 inch card stock paper. It includes the identification information about the cow including sire and dam. The Barn Card also displays the last five lactation totals as well as lifetime production. There is a space provided to record recent changes to the productive and reproductive events of the animal.

The Large Herd Cow Page differentiates itself from the Small Herd Cow Page in that all of the information about a cow is displayed on one page instead of two pages with the Small Herd version. Information included on the Large Herd Cow Page include identification of the cow, sire and dam with genetic indexes if available, test day data for each test in the current lactation, current lactation management events, a summary of production for each of the previous lactations, as well as a lifetime summary.
